This session focuses on the central question: how do we want to interact with each other at work? We will address sensitive themes in a light-hearted and positive way, highlighting all perspectives. Through refreshing work formats, we will open a non-judgmental conversation about dynamics at work and curiously explore how it can be better. During the session, participants will collectively establish new rules of engagement, ultimately increasing job satisfaction for everyone.
